Sunshine Coast Bus Lines (SCBL) is a locally-based charter bus and coach hire operator headquartered at Page St, Kunda Park. We've been moving groups around the Sunshine Coast and South-East Queensland for 60+ years — school excursions, wedding parties, corporate events, sporting clubs, community groups, festival shuttles, and private celebrations.
Unlike Brisbane or Gold Coast operators who occasionally run jobs up to the Coast, our depot, our drivers, and our fleet are all based here. That means no dead-running charges, no late-arriving coaches because the driver got caught in M1 traffic, and the kind of local knowledge that only comes from working the same routes every day — the school-zone timing on Caloundra Road, the way Mary Street fills up before a Mooloolaba weekend, the best access points for hinterland wedding venues.
Our fleet ranges from 3-seater VIP Mercedes sedans for small executive groups through to 80-seater coaches with onboard restrooms for large excursions and long-distance touring. All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, seatbelt-equipped, and maintained to Queensland Department of Transport standards.

Yes — both Sunshine Coast Airport (Marcoola) and Brisbane Airport. Brisbane Airport is about 90 minutes via the Bruce Highway from most Sunshine Coast suburbs. Common for corporate groups, wedding guest transfers, cruise terminal transfers, and group tour arrivals/departures.
2-6 weeks for most charters. Peak periods need more notice: wedding season (October-April) needs 6+ months for prime dates, end-of-year school formals need 6+ weeks, and major events (Mooloolaba Triathlon, Noosa Triathlon, Caloundra Music Festival, school holidays) book out fast. Shorter notice often workable for smaller groups — call us.
