Caloundra anchors the southern end of the Sunshine Coast — from Kings Beach and Bulcock Beach through Pelican Waters, Golden Beach, Currimundi, and Caloundra West. It's about 25km south of our Kunda Park depot and around 90 minutes from Brisbane, which makes it one of the most common pickup areas for our charters.

Yes — this is one of our regular booking types from Caloundra. Pelican Waters, Golden Beach, and Caloundra West have substantial retirement communities, and we run day trips, lunch outings, shopping runs, and scenic hinterland tours for these groups regularly.
Yes — festival shuttle transport for community groups, friend groups, and visitor groups attending the Caloundra Music Festival each year. We coordinate pickup from local accommodation and return at the agreed time after the festival.
2-6 weeks is comfortable for most bookings. Peak periods need more notice: Pelican Waters Golf Club weddings (October-April), Caloundra Music Festival weekend, and end-of-year school formals. Shorter notice usually workable for smaller groups — call us.
Cancellations 14 or more days before the booking: full refund. 7-14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: handled case-by-case.
