Standard charter cancellation policy:

• 14+ days before booking date — full refund
• 7–14 days before booking date — 50% refund
• Under 7 days — case-by-case, based on circumstances

Long-haul charters (e.g. Perth, Adelaide) have custom cancellation terms agreed at booking because of multi-day commitments and pre-booked accommodation.
